Worst customer service.
Have never felt discriminated in my entire life until now. We went to this Hertz location at South Main St. after Westin Galleria called me up and told me they have no car even when I have a confirmed reservation. Hertz chat agent made a new reservation for me at South Main St. We went there but we’re told that there are people she’s waiting who’ll pick up her cars and she is closing up at 12pm.
