Worst rental car company by far
I truly liked the vehicle-thank you for that. The car was in good condition and fully met my expectations. However, the behavior of the staff responsible for processing the rental was very disappointing. Their tone and manner of communication were inappropriate and made me feel as if I were asking for something for free or owed them something. This place has THE WORST customer service ever. This people don't solve any issues that you have when you have an emergency and NEED TO UPGRADE. Keep that in mind before you book anything this company. SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION.
