I went to this location nearest me to pick up when open early morning and to be told no available cars when I have a confirmed reservation even as a member. The employee had no options nor customer service. The worst customer service I ever experienced in this type of service. I didn’t catch his name but had no apologies or concerned.
THERE IS NOT A HERTZ LOCATION AT THIS AIRPORT!!
