Poor customer service and employees need more training on policies involving 3rd party. Came in confused of all the same charges but did not get any explanation for why the charges were there. They had my name was in their system but was told that “they had nothing to do with” the site that I had booked the reservation on. Bad experience from this place overall.
The worst experience of car rental. I'm canadian living in Belize. I've been renting cars all over Europe and here in Canada never had an issue because of my Belizean's drivers licence. From the get go, the rep. was not helpfull. I even had to give my return ticket in order to rent the car. I have NEVER heard of such practices. Hiran is super friendly — we had some trouble picking up the vehicle, and he was very patient in helping us find solutions. However, the supervisor (I believe his name was Daniel) created a very unpleasant experience. During the pickup, he used rude and inappropriate language, saying things like “we don’t have time, If you can’t make it please leave” This kind of attitude felt unprofessional and pressured us unnecessarily.
Hiran provided outstanding service! He was extremely polite, cooperative, and very fast in helping me. I didn’t have a reservation, but he went out of his way to arrange a car for me without any hassle. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his effort and highly recommend his service.
