The price was great and the car was practically brand new. We booked a few months in advanced and had zero issues. The car was clean when we arrived. Super easy process, I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We will use this location again in the future. Thanks!
Booked a car from the uk over a month ago. Received an email 48 hours before the booking, stating I needed an international driving license. Something I could only get If I was in the UK, but I had already arrived in Canada!. This was not mentioned in any of the emails sent prior. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was quite unhelpful, stating that it was their policy and we should try another rental company. We waited in line at this location for over an hour. They did not have a vehicle for the gentleman in front of us, for our family, or for the couple after us. How does a car rental agency screw up that badly that they don't have vehicles for MULTIPLE groups of people? We reserved our car months in advance.
