Spoke to jason an employee told him I’m running one hour late and told me I will not be charged another day, when I showed up the manager adam thinks he owns the place and decided to still charge me another day, adam is rude and needs he needs to be fired.
me personally i had a very bad experience here. I had waited in line forever just for them to tell me the only car i could rent was an electric vehicle. I’m not good with non gas operated vehicles so i had asked if i could switch it for a gas operated one. they proceeded to tell me they can’t offer a gas operated vehicle to me. I told them that’s fine i won’t rent at all. Before i left i had asked if they would charge my card and they told me no. Just to find out i was charged a cancellation fee.
