I had a guaranteed reservation which was paid and confirmed. But after we landed there, we were told that this location is sold out and there is no car available.
Was able to make a reservation but no car was available and the local number does not answer.
Called no answer
Why. Pourquoi est-ce qu'il n'y a plus d'humains on the planet to talk with? Not good customer service because it's non-existent phone numbers do not work. I've been on the line in Orlando for more than 30 minutes. We cannot lose our humanity to machine asking me which limited options I would like to choose.
