Had a recreation. Agent was off site and said she wouldn’t be available for another 45 minutes. Canceled reservation.
I had a guaranteed reservation which was paid and confirmed. But after we landed there, we were told that this location is sold out and there is no car available.
Was able to make a reservation but no car was available and the local number does not answer.
