I want to give an unprompted review for the absolutely exceptional service from Ashton at Hertz Rental @ Sheltair. She was incredibly helpful, called back when she said she would, and went above and beyond to make this reservation as easy as possible for us. I wish she worked in every office!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ. !!!!!! I rented a car in port st Lucie on Friday was supposed to return in port st Lucie I called and had it changed to return in Miami where the representative said there would be no extra cost to return in Miami. I got a confirmation for the change and I was all set when I returned car in Miami the total bill was 1000 when it was supose to be 300 .on looking at the bill they charged me 600 for each mile I did 1 dollar per mile on my contract It clearly states unlimited mileage. Fast, efficient, clean and pretty.
Rental car pulled to the plane after arriving. Staff helped unloading luggage and even placed in the trunk. Great staff a seamless experience!
I had a car booked and confirmed , but after arrival they told me that they don’t have a car.
