Didn't get vehicle that was expected. Don't waste your money on upgrades, both times they didn't honor it.
I arrived for my rental and they said we don't deliver here and told me to drive to another location after they put my pickup as here.
The policies from the corporate headquarters are dreadful. The absolutely will not work with you if you want to pay with one method and give a deposit with another so if you're tight you could be in a very tight bind. Not once will I choose to rent from Hertz!!
Not open 24 hours...LOL
