I know hertz has been hurting in the past, but this place was great. Showed up, vehicle was ready, super clean, in and out in minutes. The way you hope it would go.
First let me tell you horrible cars, horrible location. So here is a run down of the rental car. Was Not washed upon picking up, the manager named "Mike" did not do a walk around, I get the car and after a few days when I'm driving a bridge it shakes, and then last night the tire went flat while driving so I called road side assistance like customer service said since it's their car. So I did that and they want to charge me $97 for a roadside fee instead of covering it themselves. They also formed me I can't drive on a donut... read more
