Absolute worst. Two separate rentals canceled. Lazy employees with zero customer service skills. Do not waste your time! Edited to add that on top of canceling on me- they then said I did not show up (after telling me they would not have a car) and are fraudulently charging me $54. The WORST!

The jeep was super clean, that got me back on the road in a timely manner and lady that helped me out was supper nice
Tried calling the number on Google to book, phone service directed me only to the website. Booked my car with CC info, get an Uber, I'm 4 min away and they call to say they don't have any cars and was unable to check other locations for me. Waste of money and time. And if course I won't be reimbursed for my Uber ride. Hertz is no longer the best company in this space, so pathetic!
