Very nice people that work here. I got the rental through John lee Nissan as they were doing work on my vehicle. I did have to put up a deposit to rent the car but John lee covered the cost.
Hertz was very easy to rent a car from. They are very kind and knowledgeable and helpful during your rental experience. They have a wide selection of vehicles. They are very nice at hertz.
After calling their online reservation center, the agent demanded my credit card number upfront to where I said I will provid at the counter and have done so always. I’m not giving my Details over the phone to some stranger
Karie was great. We got delayed by our flight and didn’t arrive until 1230 on Saturday. She had no issue staying past her shift to make sure our vacation started smoothly.
