Terrible customer service and dishonest staff. Had an advanced reservation through my Amex business travel confirmed. Arrived at pick up time and was lied to that I was called an texted. I had no calls or texts from them. Then they would not refund the rental charges so I had to get on the phone with Amex to fight them over the charges. Beware of this company. I book rentals for work 2-3 times a month and will not be using this location.
Friendly office staff, worked efficiently to help everyone waiting.
