SRAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We booked a vehicle online via Hertz websiteon 6-6-25 and received a confirmation number for picking the vehicle up 6-25-25. We received various emails up to the pick up date including one on 6-23-25 confirming our vehicle at 10am for the 25th. We arrived at this Hertz at 9:59 AM the lady inside looked up our reservation which we also had a copy of and informed us “we don’t have a vehicle for you”. It’s been almost a week since I returned my car and have yet to receive my deposit back got in contact with support and told me to call my bank which I already did I will be making a dispute with my bank
What happened to my money I was frauded out of on my car as I tried to rent a car yesterday? Then how about returning my money you let another rental place take. You seem to have a lot of 1 star reviews. Are you a scam? You say you don't use a 3rd party company but obviously you do as you were the only one we talked to and got a fraud alert immediately from the bank.
