Donot use this service. I’ve never used hertz and will never again. $11.87/gallon (over $100) when the car returned full because this person can’t read the newer gas gauges.
While I was unable to start a new contract, keeping the same weekly rate (as the corporate 800 number person said I could…), I received really good customer service from Be early Snyder and Jaime!!! They both took their time and throughly looked for any available option. Thank you both! To the main Hertz corporate 800 people; you Do Not have the correct information and do an incredible disservice to your customers. Get it together Hertz….
