Absolutely terrible service at the Orlando Hilton International Drive location. Choose a different rental car company if renting in Orlando
I don’t know what the other reviews were about, but I had a good experience at this location. The gentleman understood everything I said, and the process was smooth when I returned the car. He even booked a future reservation for me.
I love hertz but this drop off was sub par. Had to wait 30 mins to hand someone the key. Seems like both workers went to lunch together. Hertz should do better.
Terrible place …. They gave a car that is nasty with bad brakes and when I tried to switch it twice no one was at the desk to help . On top of the horrible employee attitude at the pick up location . Shame on you hertz
The check-in process was fine, and the staff was great. I returned the car the same evening and left the car and key as instructed. 48 hours later, they can't find the car and held $450 on my CC. Plus the tank wasn't full when I picked up the car, but I had to return it full. Called Hertz three times today; each time I was on hold for over 30 minutes - I hung up each time.
