PLEASE NOTE THIS FACILITY IS ONLY FOR PRIVATE FLIGHTS TO DROP OFF AND PICKUP THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL CAR RENTAL FACILITY OPEN TO PUBLIC. Hertz should really change their website because it allows anyone to choose this location like it's an actual rental facility that can provide a vehicle for them.
This place never ever answers their phone. There is not even an option to talk to a real person. The recording just keeps sending you in circles and telling you to go online.
This is NOT a Hertz office, but a drop off/pick-up location. It does NOT have cars for rent. If you make a reservation on-line or with the 800 number, you will NOT get a car. Call the number and wait for option 5 to speak to Corpus Christi and arrange a drop off here.
