They are incompetent employees and they promise you what they do not want to give you and when you complain they tell you that it is a misunderstanding I think they are scammers maybe the employees or the management I do not know. The car is not roadworthy and yet I had to spend hours in the middle of the trip until the next day to replace it at my own expense it is better not to resort to low prices
Absolutely horrible service at the SLO Airport. Do yourself a favor and rent from one of the other companies. Tried to give a 0 star review but Google won't let me,
I don't understand the low stars. We had a great experience here. They got us a car; and when we needed to extend because of the truck repair issue, our parts were delayed in shipping, they extended with no fuss. Then the parts came in unexpectedly so we didn't need the car as long. She was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this place and if we're ever here again we'll use them again. Thank you!
