I was disappointed with my experience renting a car here. The prices quoted online were different from what I was charged upon arrival, which felt misleading. The process was unnecessarily time consuming, and the staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional throughout. Customer service needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this company for car rental
Would not recommend this location to anyone, made a booking online in advance and showed up the day of obviously expecting to pick up the car I reserved. Upon showing up we are told that our reservation was cancelled with no further explanation and the service rep insisting they called to let us know and left a voicemail even though there was no record of an incoming call or voicemail on my phone. Would give 0 stars if I could
Great experience with the car and customer service. Second time renting from them and would recommend them to anyone.
This place is quick, efficient and I've never had a problem. I've rented here about a dozen times over the years and it's always been great service. They once claimed I owed some money when I arrived at the desk one day, but after a quick phone call on their part it was resolved. 407 fees have nothing to do with this place! Highly recommended!
