When you make a booking, they’ll cancel it on a whim the next morning because they won’t give you a car in the category you want; they’ll claim they don’t have any cars available, even though they clearly do—you can see cars listed on their website and other sites. What’s more, when you ask them about it, they give you a cheeky reply. In short, steer clear of them. I hope no one rents a car from them so they go bust.

They post rental car posting in third party website, but they canceled without informing the customer. So please be aware if you have some urgent thing to do dont ever book car with them.. spend little bit extra money book with genuine car rental. They are the worst when it comes reliability.

It was the worst experience I've ever The car was clean, but the smell was unbearable; it was from cleaning products like bleach It's very strong and won't go away even if you open the windows. I couldn't sleep all night because of it and couldn't return the car next day early morning i did after 4 and at was close you need to clean the car before returning that's what they said and never done it for other companys so one day extra for all that i had to pay also getting sick on weekend instead of having fun.

I would never rent from Hertz again. I was on vacation to New Brunswick and my vehicle had a mechanical failure. I had to get a rental to get my family to our destination. I was in a vulnerable position, being in a French speaking province, not knowing any French, and I was stranded in Quebec city. The cost of the rental was outrageous, $2195, for 10 days, then I had to return the rental as I had run out of cash to continue to rent the vehicle. The cost is why I would never trust Hertz rental again

Clean car with excellent condition and great customer service. Highly recommended.
