Excellent service with a good selection of vehicles. I had to extend my rental twice and that was no problem
Stored my credit card information and charged my card 7 months after renting a car. There was no reason for these charges and customer service was horrendous to deal with.
Taking reservations when they don’t have any cars. Paid for an Uber to get there and surprise! We have no cars. Another couple there at the same time had the same problem.
