Great experience with the team in this location. Anant, Garry and team were personable, professional, went above and beyond and made the whole experience seamless. Another customer in the store at the same time was decidedly unkind, and this team responded with only courtesy and respect.
If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I went to go with them for a rental as per my insurance company’s advisement and I got told my insurance company that they took cash and visa debit. I called and spook to someone and they weren’t able to help and wouldn’t take any accountability for them telling insurance companies one thing while yelling the people of the public another thing. Please please stay away from this company
Returned the car just 1 hour late due to traffic. Instead of a reasonable hourly fee, they charged a full extra day – outrageous! When I protested, the agent was extremely arrogant and dismissive. He rudely asked if I wanted to keep the car at the same rate, but before I could even respond yes or no, he instantly closed the contract and demanded the inflated payment immediately. Waste of time booked a Tesla for a week and I had to call before 10 min to update that I’m coming and Mr rude guy tells me we don’t have the car lol
Rented a mini van online and a couple days before I leave I receive a email saying they do not have any vans and my reservation is cancelled. I called the store and they said they haven’t had mini vans in a while and they just switch to other vehicles. The similar vehicle is a ford escape which is way smaller and cheaper. They wanted to rent it to me for the same price as the mini van. I could have rented it for cheaper a week ago when I rented the van.
