This location does not honour reservations and advises they cannot accommodate a need for a rental vehicle only 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Called 1-800 and they say the vehicle I need is available. This location plays games. I would not recommend
Unorganized and rude customer service! At first they couldn't find my booking till I had to find it for them on my app and overcharged on the final booking! Be careful to check your bill and be prepared that they overbooked and don't have a car for you. Not reliable.
