Just wanted to add ❤️ because this branch is so amazing! Every time renting here hasn’t been perfect but someone on the staff always make it right! And because of this branch I will only rent from hertz!
If I can give 0 stars I would for what I just experienced at this Hertz location. Ajena was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. I asked for help on a charge that I seen on my card and just wanted clarification, she proceeded to not only talk over me while I try to explain and understand why my card was being charged an extra fee. She also yelled at me the entire time and flat out had a disgusting attitude. Not once did I raise my voice at her or disrespected her, I just wanted clarification and help. This place was absolutely terrible. I left without my rental and in tears because they wouldn't take my chime credit card. I'd recommend Sixt because they take it with no problem. Absolutely terrible experience with hertz rental and to think uber has partnered up with them, I'm an uber driver and it seems even as an uber driver you'd still have a problem renting with Hertz if a chime credit card is what you have.
The customer service and management at this Hertz location is what keeps us coming back.
