It is actually Hertz Car Sales. Process was very easy no haggling. The price is the price, but was about $3000 to $5000 less than at dealership for used cars. Good experience.
Nick at the Riverside location was just amazing, our rental was the best rental we ever got there. Again Nick made our weekend a great one. Best rental experience ever.
