Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, efficient and caring. The manager Nick is always there to assist and is also very friendly which I really appreciate as the place is always busy. I have been going to this Hertz for years and always have a great experience!
I would like to recognize Hung and Nicolas at the Riverside Indiana hertz. They truly went above and beyond for my family, and made my trip that we were about to cancel, happen! Hung was extremely helpful and patient with us. The manager Nick was professional, and understanding of the situation we were in. I highly recommend this location for all your rental needs!!
I had an awful experience renting with Hertz Uber. Firstly, I booked a Chevy bolt electric via the Uber app. But when I visited the Hertz rental location in-person for Chevy pick-up, they told me that Hertz only have Polestar for rental. The Polestar they rented me out lacked washer fluid, and I didn't realize that the mirror of the car won't adjust until I drove away from the parking lot. It was OK. Just OK. The guy at the desk was polite enough, But they gave me a vehicle That barely had working A/C. When I called him about the solution was to maybe go to LAX to exchange it. I’m in Riverside. It didn’t seem like much of a solution. Checking the vehicles to assure they are delivering a it’s fully functioning car feels like a reasonable expectation
This place is pathetic. They try to charge you for damage that the vehicle already has prior to you renting it. Ramon is unprofessional he should seek another profession. Do not waste your time nor your hard earned money here. 🤡
