Been a whole month a we still have not got our belongings out that damn car talk to several people lost and found customers service and they also emailed corporate still haven't received a call about getting out belongings... Carseat cell phone shoes clothes pots pans papers water juice baby umbrella all brand new etc where the hell is our stuff . Now someone leave a smart mouth comment like it's funny to keep someone belongings it's a bunch of thieves that get those vehicles...just know KARMA ain't nothing to play with

Paid for an uber to get there for a reservation they couldn’t fulfill

Set up a reservation with them then a day before to get the rental they tell me they doesn’t have the car and for me to pick a different reservation very unprofessional call and was place on hold all 3 times nobody came back to the phone i wouldn’t recommend no one

I have rented cars from the location numerous times before. I’ve had some really bad experiences also but Clarence has always provided the best customer service. He is professional, knowledgeable and should get a raise!!!

I didn't rent a vehicle from here yet just assisted a friend with her rental return. But the lot was a bit small to park in and since others just park any kind of way, it made it difficult for me to get out once I got in. Luckily, a staff member was coming out to correct this swiftly.
