Been a whole month a we still have not got our belongings out that damn car talk to several people lost and found customers service and they also emailed corporate still haven't received a call about getting out belongings... I recently had a frustrating experience with Hertz when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, only to be told that it was not available. I was also told that my reservation had been cancelled, even though I had not cancelled it and had confirmed with the third-party booking agent that the reservation was still active. they do not honor reservations
I spent $40 on Ubers to arrive here for my prepaid non-refundable rental only to be told that there are no vehicles available. If someone prepays for a car, they should have some guarantee that they will receive it. It’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable. At the very least, you have an obligation to let a customer know that there are no vehicles available PRIOR to when they arrive for their reservation.
