Donald from Hertz in Conyers has exceptional customer service. We needed a nicer premium SUV rental and the place we originally reserved at called us the night before 15 mins before every car rental place in the area closed. We called around the morning after and Donald was able to get us what we were looking for at a fair price and same day service.
Absolutely the WORST experience I've never had with a rental car company. I had the rental due to repairs on my car. I spent more money dealing with them than I was supposed to. They are the absolute worst.
