I had an excellent experience with Clarence at Hertz. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. Clarence took the time to answer my questions, explain the details clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the car before leaving. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate his patience and positive attitude. Clarence is a great representative for Hertz, and I’ll definitely be renting here again because of the quality service he provided.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I rented a vehicle a MONTH in advance for a specific time and when I arrived I wasn’t even greeted for about 30 minutes. I asked a lady how long she had been sitting there waiting and she said “since 8am” it was 10:30am. My reservation was for 10. I went into complete panic considering I had to drive to another state for an organ transplant and needed to be there at a certain time before for that VERY important surgery began. Came in yesterday to make sure everything will be ok for pick up Thursday I been here a hour and everything he mention Wednesday has changed even the vehicle he said I could get it. It will be an SUV now it’s a small a real small car .
