No cars clean or available when I can at 9am. Had to wait 40 minutes and didbt have car type I asked for. Car was not very clean either.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from Donald, Clarence, and Lex at this Conyers location! A-1!!!!! Their facility is currently out of water, so at no fault of their own, the only issue was that the vehicle wasn’t showroom clean. Still, spotless on the inside so I was happy. This car rental office will be my first option from now on! I wish I could leave more than 5 Stars! Way to go guys!!

I rented a vehicle a month prior to pick up date. I received a call on day of pick informing me that the vehicle was not available. Office was hood. Bathrooms not working had Porta potties outside the staff said it’s been that way for 3 weeks. The staff was very nice. I was not accommodated. I was told I would receive a discount but did not. If I had no sat at the office for over 2 hours. I would have been out of luck. After closing a small SUV came in and I was put in it. However I paid for a 7 seater SUV.

If you want to wait hours for a vehicle this is the place to go. The workers are incompetent and when you correct them, they call you “disrespectful”. Recently I rented a car and out of retaliation for a previous complaint I made, they attempted to say I brought back a damaged windshield. The entire car and windshield was filthy when they gave me the car so it was impossible to see any damage. Luckily, I have my own pictures and video and Hertz customer service was able to rectify the situation. Get new workers here
