I am amazed they are still in business. It's true you can reserve 2 weeks ahead of time get here and walk out with No vehicle.

I was definitely pleased with the patience, speed of check out, and information that was provided by John and Lex. Based on previous reviews, I went there the day before to double check that the type of vehicle I needed was available and that it fit my needs. John was patient and able to answer all my questions. The day of my rental pick up there were about 5 other people waiting and Lex was able to get my rental checked out and me on my way super quickly. I so appreciated that!

I am very pleased with the team at the Conyers, GA location, they never disappoint. Their smiles and laughter, always make my rental experience pleasant. They all are professional, multi-taskers, proficient and very knowledgeable about Hertz policies. Their cars are well maintained, I always rent from this location.
