Turned up at three, well ahead of my booking, hoping to collect early. Told nothing was available and promised a call the moment a car freed up. That call never came. I chased them myself, came back in, and was then left waiting while someone who turned up after me was served first. Nobody apologised, nobody explained. If you can’t be bothered to make a phone call you’ve promised, don’t promise it. Avoid this branch.

Wow, clearly the problem with this place is the manager, Damon Bryant. I wasn't going to leave a review but once I saw all the other people having the same issue with the same person. I realized that Damon is working as real clown, I'd rather have a wet fart in gym class than deal with Damon again. Normally there's no problem, I pick the car up and leave. I do not recommend Hertz San Bernardino location. Poor customer service. Super slow check out process. We felt like we were bothering them. We were treated like we were doing something wrong because we had particular requests. Read the many one star reviews for this particular location. They all say the same thing.
