I previously reviewed their ratings and subsequently altered my reservation to an alternative location; however, on this occasion, my booking was made through AAA. The manager was the sole individual on duty. I had reserved a standard vehicle, but the manager asserted that their compact model was equivalent to a standard. I even presented online documentation to clarify the definition of a standard vehicle. Reservation means nothing in this locaton. They sold our car and ones for 2 other parties. Kids were crying and one lady was almost crying because she missed her flight out of Ontario. No chairs to sit. Female employees in back office were laughing at those customers. Manager was kept lying.

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! this establishment is completely unprofessional and ran by one of the nastiest individuals on planet earth. There is no acknowledgment when you walk into the business. This individual displays an attitude of annoyance that you showed up and now he has to actually do work. He allows you to make reservations, knowing he does not have the car and will tell you to come back hours later. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL. The manager is violent and unprofessional. I just left this place and as I walk away he yells in front of customers. He will try to scam you out of more money if he sees you an urgency.

I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I reserved a car through the app in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they told me the vehicle was not available. The only option they gave me was to upgrade to a different model for an additional $600, which felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, they refused to let us use the restroom.
