Worst experience dealing with this place. Take your money else where. What kind of business is this?
This rental car place ruined my vacation. They took over $800 from my bank account just to tell me I needed a credit card and that I can't rent a car. If I need a credit card why wouldn't they mention that before I paid. Since they are holding my $800 hostage. I am unable to rent a car anywhere else I was going to visit my father now im just waiting to get a hold of someone to be refunded. Horrible customer service. had a terrible experience with this car rental company. The price listed on their website was completely different from what they tried to charge me when I arrived to book. Despite showing them the confirmed rate from their own site, they refused to honor it and instead tried to upcharge me significantly without any explanation. When I raised the issue, the customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude. They made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Don't use this location, terrible customer service, No personality from the employees or greeting. You will not get the car you want and they give you NO option for anything different than what they gave you. I was charged for a 1 day fee, but when trying to bring it back 30 minutes after getting the car, they were they but closed and I was told to come back the next day.... SMH... I will never go back to that location again. They are slow and impersonal...
The answering service is in the Philippines hard to understand them. I made the reservation on the phone. The customer service representative that I spoke to did not give me all the information.When I got there one person was working and it took forever and I left with no car. The attendant was rude
