had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at the Hertz location in San Bernardino, specifically with the manager, Damon Bryant. I visited the location simply seeking help because the car’s remote battery was not working. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded with a rude and aggressive attitude from the beginning. Worst experience ever. The manager, Damon Bryant, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I went in asking for help with a simple issue (car remote battery not working), and instead of helping, he treated me badly and made me feel unsafe. His behavior escalated so much that I had to call the police. No manager should act like this. Avoid this location at all costs.
State Farm set up false expectations of the vehicle I was going to be getting for an insurance replacement. They were EXTREMELY flexible when it wasn’t their fault. I am VERY thankful for them. Tony and his manager rock!
