I've edited this review because the staff and quality of service has completely gone into the trash, I WILL NOT rent from this location ever again. The quality of the service has gotten so bad that today they didn't even have a car for my reservation and didn't notify me ahead. .... If I could give them zero stars I would
My 1st and last experience with Hertz was absolutely horrible. I came in to get my reserved car and waited for 1 hour before it was ready. Once the vehicle was ready, the sales associate said there was a $500 deposit since I was using a debit card for a total of $800 for a one day rental. After he ran my card the associate said the system had froze up and would need to reboot the system and would need to run my card again. Very disappointed with the service at this location. The branch manager, Chavell Walker, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She clearly doesn’t know how to communicate respectfully with clients. I’ve rented with Hertz many times and never had any issues before, but this particular location (11035-2 Philips Highway, Jacksonville) was a terrible experience. Definitely not what I expect from Hertz
Today I returned a rental no one is the facility. Doors open attendant missing for awhile. Then I call back and she doesn't answer.
Don’t go here. Lazy and rude people that have 0 intention of helping you. The worst CA experience ever. I will never schedule a vehicle rental in this location again. Horrible!
