I rented a car for one day through Hertz at Wilson Air Center and was charged for 3 days even though I returned the car early. I spoke to the local manager Winston who said it would be corrected but nothing was ever corrected and now Winston is ignoring my calls for multiple days with no response from voicemails I left. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Winston and from Hertz.
