I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Cameron regarding my Hertz reservation for my trip to Dallas. I had spoken with him multiple times before my pickup date. Each time I called with a question, I was placed on hold, including when I asked about picking the vehicle up early. At no point was I told there was a problem with the location or my reservation. I arrived early and had to wait 2 hours for my car, everything was very bad.
The car rental was confirmed for the time the location is closed. They called day before and said they don’t have a car. Avoid them at all cost.
Really bad
They cancelled my reservation because I got there late. Left me with zero options and they closed right after I got there to pick it up. Terrible experience.
