We have rented from this location twice. The reason we returned and rented again was due to the desk operator Maria. We had nothing but issues with Expedia and she worked MAGIC to help our family. The second experience with Maria was even better. She is so kind and patient. I would definitely recommend going to this location I know it's scary bc it's the airport, but you are in good hands. Maria went above and beyond not just once but twice. 100/10 recommend!
The car smells of cigar smoke and the inside windshield was dirty🫤
Location added a $200 "outside washing fee" to invoice after using the car less than one day. Vehicle was driven on paved roads only. Corporate Hertz removed the charge and mentioned this was not the first incident of this at the PNS location. This is an unacceptable practice. Incident occurred on 8/21/2025.
They close at 10pm and do not stay open later for delayed flights even with a paid reservation. Super disappointed they aren’t like other rental car centers at similar sized airports and stay open for their customers with a delayed flight.
