The worst experiences with a rental pick-up I have ever experienced. Waited over an hour for our car. We were given options but we had to pay the upgraded price or take cars much smaller with no adjustment to the price we paid. Use the other car rental company options out of this airport. We left an hour and half after we should have with an apology that was laced with attitude and threats of not adjusting anything due to situations on their end alone. The counter customer service rep, Tyrese Gibson, was rude and disrespectful after I waited over an hour for my rental car. If you rent from Hertz at Pensacola Florida airport don't go to him.
A brand new car with just over 400 mi. Thank you Hertz. Would recommend you to everyone
Charged me almost 1.5 times more than price they quoted. Waited till I got there to give me the final bill when I am trying to deal with family and just trying to get on the road. Difficult for no reason. 200 dollar deposit is still being charged 3 days later after they said it would be returned when vehicle was returned. The coverage options that seem like they are for a trip are perday.
