Rent-A-Car was not available when I got there. Rent-A-Car total $215. Have a Hertz charged my credit card three times totaling over $1000 before I even got in the car. Will not rent from Hertz again
The return experience was extremely disappointing. I was the only one there and the agent was playing/texting on his phone for 4-5 minutes before leaving the booth. I was getting my luggage, and said good morning, he didn’t say a word, did the check in and then walked away…I didn’t know if the car had been checked in or if there were additional charges or where the receipt was. Rented on a monthly basis, work redirected me elsewhere, Hertz still charged me for the monthly contract price even though I only had the vehicle for 10 days. Not a satisfactory way to do business.
**EDIT** STILL no help, even after contacting the website they provided. Useless company The front desk associate was the rudest person to deal with. I prepaid for a vehicle and when I went to pick it up he tells me they only accept credit cards because its a specific policy for the airport, and tells me to go ask my family if I can use theirs. Horrible service, unprofessional customer service, unclean workers, and I witnessed an employee threaten a customer with physical violence. DO NOT USE HERTZ
