Pulled bait and switch. Reserved an economy car online and were told they only had suv for a lot higher price.
The customer service was great. They got me in and out real quick and they were kind and friendly.
My recent experience with Hertz was disappointing and far below the level of service I expected. The vehicle I received was not properly prepared — it did not have a full tank of gas, the windshield washer fluid was completely empty, and the tire pressure on the front passenger side was low, which could have been a safety issue. The car was also dirty, with noticeable sand in the trunk area, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly before being rented out. Hertz has a partnership with Uber but it seems more like a scam. I advise you NOT to rent an uber car with hertz or you will be overcharged!!
