If you ever go to Hertz Southsaide-GATE Parkway, ask for Rachel. She’s literally the best. I only return to this location specifically for her so kudos to you Rachel and the Hertz staff
Very disappointing experience. I reserved a vehicle, but when I arrived they didn't have it available. The staff was rude and dismissive, and despite being a Hertz President's Circle member, I was treated with complete disrespect. Loyalty clearly means nothing at this location. I won't be renting from this branch again.
Hertz is amazing. The branch manager Rachel was so helpful. This was my 3 rewrote. Knowing I drive a lot of miles she gave me a hybrid vehicle and it was the one she was driving. Way above the expectations I had. Thank you Rachel. Some people still have customer service skills and puts them into practice..
Do not believe or trust this company. This is the second time this has happened to me. They rent out cars through Priceline and Expedia, but when you go to pick up the vehicle, they claim there are no cars available—or suggest that one *might* become available if a customer happens to return one. The worst part is that, even after all this, you can go to those websites and see them continuing to rent out cars they don't actually have. On June 22, I reserved an economy car from the Atlantic Blvd. Hertz location for a one-way trip to Georgia. While I was on my way to pick up the vehicle, I received a call informing me that the location did not have the class of car I had reserved. The only vehicle available was an EV, which was not a practical option for a trip of roughly 340 miles.
