Jalure was sooo amazing and very time efficient. I had many questions and concerns she was so patient with me and tool care of all my needs for car rental 🥰
The place is sucks Someone tried to rent a car in front of me and the car was full of cigarettes and while the tank half way full Any way Patricia the manager is really disrespectful and doesn't value customer or the line

Called and got a price from the Hertz rental call center. Went to pick up the car and told they couldn’t honor the price and jumped it $80+. Was given a Nissan Versa to drive and it didn’t drive great.
Went to the hertz on Phillips Highway cause me a huge inconvenience and didn’t have the car I needed had to come here where the young lady up front got everything in order for and accommodated everything I needed will officially start renting cars from this Hertz instead
