Had a reservation for over a week to pick up a rental car. I specifically booked a compact car, the reservation was confirmed, and everything seemed set. The evening before my trip, I received a call letting me know they didn't have a compact available. No problem, they offered me a slightly larger sedan instead. Great, right? Wrong. Bad experience at this location. First of all when we came to get our rental, we over heard at this location their time changed from 9 to 6 to 8 to 5. So, since we came at 4:40pm ( since my reservation pickup was at 5) the lady was in a rush to get us out!! Gave us a dirty rental. Sooo, do you expect us to clean it?!!! My experience with this Hertz was absolutely unacceptable. The customer service was horrible from start to finish. I experienced extremely long wait times, and despite calling multiple times and leaving several voicemails, no one ever returned my calls. Due to Hertz overbooking their standard vehicles, I was provided with an electric vehicle as a so called accommodation ! An electric vehicle that was damaged, dirty, and literally roach infested ! My experience with Hertz was absolutely terrible. I reserved and paid for a vehicle that they did not even have available when I arrived. Instead of honoring my reservation, I was given a damaged electric vehicle as a replacement. Due to time restraints I didn’t have a choice but to take the damaged vehicle . You would think they would upgrade me to something better due to the inconvenience. So unreliable, says it is open on Saturdays, called the representative (remotely) to confirm and reserve the car. Upon arrival, the office itself is open with no representative on site. Several people waiting for the reservations already for hours. After waiting another 40 minutes and attempting to contact the representative, I left and went to a different car rental. Disappointing..
