Excellent customer service and Tom assure customers are satisfied with the service they receive at this location.
Booked online with no problem. Then hertz called 1 hr before pickup time and told me they had no cars and no idea when they would. Called back and no help was given (or the faintest attempt at care). They said they may have cars in a couple of days.
These guys have bailed me out with my company car so many times. They’re reliable my company FLEET car lives in the shop these days and I can always count on them to get me on the road so I can make a living. Ask for Derrick, he’s great.

I have such mixed feelings about this location. Firstly, I reserved two separate cars, a few days apart using Uber's Rental broker service in their app. One technician tried to tell me that wasn't possible, only for the technician next to him to say it was. He took over my transaction and made sure I had everything I needed, including accommodating that I needed to use a debit card for the first car - which made my deposit $500 not $200 - ‼️- I wasn't expecting this, but thankfully I was prepared since it's apparently a Hert... read more
