Can't speak highly enough of the manager and staff here. I reserved a car on a Saturday but didn't know they closed at 12pm. I showed up at about 12:45 and they were closed. As I was waiting for my wife to pick me up I saw the manager pop up inside. He opened up the door and I told him about the mistake I made. He graciously let me rent a car. Really appreciated this customer service given I was the one that messed up. I came back to extended my rental and the staff were friendly and even let me change cars. A+ experience!
We always get great customer service from Tom and his staff! Can't imagine renting anywhere else!

Extremely disappointed, I came in wanted to rent a car but your lack of Employees work ruined the whole experience. With the amount of customers coming to this location, there is no excuse why you only have 2 employees working. Do better Hertz!
