Hello! I am desperate to speak to someone about an item I left in my car last week. I see it on your list of items online and have filed a form, but have heard nothing. Is there anyway to reach the facility directly at Tucson International Airport?

My mom had placed a reservation online with AAA discount (she didn't come into town via a plane, but it was the only Hertz open the hours we needed over a weekend). The discounted rate was not honored when she went to get the vehicle. It ended up being about 3x what she expected to pay and she joked that she could have flown home twice for the cost of the rental. Du kan IKKE leje bil kun med Visa/Dankort, som vi har i Danmark. Heldigvis kunne min fætter hjælpe med sit amerikanske kreditkort, så vi fik da en spritny jeep at køre i. Ved tilbagelevering kunne Hertz betale min fætter tilbage og jeg betalte med mit Visa/Dankort. Personalet både ved afhentning og ved aflevering fortjener 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ men det er sindsygt dyrt at leje bil. 5 dage kostede os 9.300 danske kroner. Derfor kun 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called phone number then went through automated system. Was given option 2 to talk to a person at this location. Did not get a person as it went back to main menu. Was suggested within the menu to use website Hertz.com which is just as worthless.

I can give a 5-star rating for the overall experience. The pickup and drop-off went smoothly and the employees are very helpful. The concern is that the vehicle I received was just plain dirty. A previous renter got ink from a marker on the center console, there were smudges from dirty hands on the light colored interior, finger prints inside and outside of the windows, and water spots all over the car's paint.
