Witnessed multiple arguments between customers and staff while I was waiting to pick up. Eventually had my turn and also had a frustrating experience. Was offered a choice between a vehicle with winter tires or without. I asked directly about there being two vehicles and ultimately paid for the one with winter tires. In reality there was only one vehicle on the lot. Worst experience, lack of communication and customer service. I booked rental car through my insurance. Returned vehicle on due date, no damage. My insurance did payment on time, but Hertz still keep sending me letter to do the payment or they will send this matter to collections. I called my insurance and confirmed about payment and inform hertz’s about the date my insurance send payment and Hertz cashed out the cheque already. I send email to Divya who was dealing with that.
