Need improvement in service especially website they show pickup truck but they don't have any in there location
Do not rent from this Hertz Location. Really poor customer service skills. The vehicles are unsafe, 1 of them had bald tires and 1 had a pre existing windshield chip that they charged me for without notifying me.
Needed rental urgently so contacted hertz. The staff were quick in providing me a rental with a good rate. Both vikas and divya were very helpful.
Really good experience, Vikas is very nice.
