This particular rental office are staffed by people who make renting a vehicle easy. The staff are the nicest I have met and they are ever so helpful.
The rental was great. Replace your POS device with one that has buttons. You can't cover the buttons on a flat screen. You MUST be able to cover the buttons, especially when there is a security camera in the room. The device I used was completely unacceptable.
Excellent experience with the Waterloo branch where I rented a car for a month. Super nice staff specially Vidayan Patel. Car was upgraded at no extra cost and the check out and check in was seamless. Would go again.
This is the absolute worst location. I have come on multiple occasions with a reservation and been told there are no vehicles available. Nothing has been done each time to solve this issue that has been going on for years. They blame it on a small fleet but still allow customers to overbook and pay the price for it in the end. Totally ridiculous and will never come here again.
