Don't rent
I don't recommend. I read through the reviews and it seems like they are running an insurance scam because that is exactly what happened to me as well. Do not rent from here!!!! If you are renting through priceline they will entice you with lower than market rental rates but then run a damage/collision scam on you. Save yourself the hassle!!
This particular rental office are staffed by people who make renting a vehicle easy. The staff are the nicest I have met and they are ever so helpful.
The rental was great. Replace your POS device with one that has buttons. You can't cover the buttons on a flat screen. You MUST be able to cover the buttons, especially when there is a security camera in the room. The device I used was completely unacceptable.
