Terrible. Car class requested was not available. Car smelled like smoke and had dried crusted white residue on the carpets. Charged for extra day despite an on time drop off. Truly shameful business.
Fraud people at the counter. I gave them with full tank and they charged me $60 for nothing. I called them and confronted them. I asked him to send me gas tank meter pictures and he changed the statement that now the car is not here. He further mentioned that he will adjust in the new booking and didn’t have anything on record. They are just scammers with the Hertz Franchise. BEWARE!
Take your own pictures of everything in the rental. I returned the car with a full tank of gas on a Saturday but it wasn't full on Monday morning when they actually processed the return. I guess they can drive the cars and have customers pay for their gas!
