Rented on the website and paid in full and I got a call/email from them saying we don't have the car and we are sold out and they couldn't cancel my reservation or refund me. They didn't even credit me or gave me another option to chose different cars, called the 1800 number multiple times but never got refunded. I wouldn't bother renting from here ever.
My first rental experience with Hertz was great! My check in was easy, the car was fine and the return was also easy. The cost was especially better than the competition! Thank you to the team at Hertz in Waterloo! Christine P.
I am surprised this place is in business. worst car rental experience incopetent staff, hard to understand and even harder to deal with. Cars are barely maintained and keeps improperly charging. Never using this location again.
