I had a great experience renting from Hertz. The process was quick, the car was clean and well-maintained, and everything went smoothly from pickup to return. Very disappointed with my experience at Hertz. Before renting the car, I specifically asked whether I would have to pay for the rental insurance. Your staff clearly told me that my insurance would cover everything and that I would not have to pay the $338.89 insurance fee. I made sure to confirm this because I didn’t want any unexpected charges. However, my credit card was still charged $338.89, and to make matters worse, I was never given a receipt or invoice for this charge. Without a receipt, I can’t even submit it to my ... read more
Probably the worst rental company I have dealt with. Vehicle was not clean. The interior smell was masked by air freshener making the smell worse. Absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction as I requested a specific class of vehicle and ended up with a lower class. Gave them a week to source a vehicle in the higher class with no success.
