5 Stars for Exceptional Service! I had a fantastic experience with Hertz, thanks to Kobe. He was extremely helpful, genuinely friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. Kobe went above and beyond to find a vehicle that suited my needs perfectly. His dedication and customer-first attitude really stood out. If you’re renting from Hertz, I highly recommend asking for Kobe, he truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free 5 stars all the way!

We had an excellent experience renting a car from Hertz. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and we were especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by Kobe Chan. I firstly droped my car into No.1 Collision for car repairing. Kobe Chan was helping us. He is the most professional agent which we met and experienced in the past we travelled across 23 countries.
