Terrible experience refused to rent car to me due to what their agent called an owners rule. This Hertz agency is individually owned and operated gate agent was not willing to help with a positive rental experience.
There were two employees in this office. It was so quiet the entire time, you could have heard a cotton ball drop. I was taken care of without any concerns. Thanks guys!
