Buyer beware. Filled the tank up on the way back to return it. Also took it through a car wash and vacuumed it out so it would be freshly cleaned (it was not delivered freshly cleaned). They proceeded to charge nearly $9 because they said it was not full and that they added 0.8 gallons of gas to it. The gage read full, this is clearly a shady practice.
Car was clean and ready when I got there. Matt, the detailer did a great job! Kali, was friendly and professional. She got me out super fast! I didn't take the insurance but I appreciated her offering. I'll be back!
Great staff. Easy process.
I rented here a few times. Seems like there's always new issuses every time i go in. This time i reserved the car and paid online, came to pick it up and was told that since i reserved online they had to cancel that reservation and make a new one. Why? But anyway, the problem is that they still held the original payment that i already made for 3-10 business days and charge me again for the new contract, and then if course the $200 deposit. It's just super inconvienient and dissapointing.
My car was involved in a hit and run. Through my insurance I chose Hetz because I had always had a great experience. I reserved an SUV and confirmed. I was rented a Nissan Altima. The car was dirty and stained inside. I took pictures. While signing paperwork the rep said to me no smoking or pets in the car. I asked if there would be a problem using the car to move into my house. She stated no problem at all. I work nights at the hospital and I received a call my car was ready for pickup.
