$1500 FOR THE ONE DAY I RENTED A CAR FROM HERTZ? They do not have it together. This location didn't know I returned a car until 8 days after I dropped it off to their closed location. Elaboration - I followed their self drop off instructions after renting an Altima for 1 day (location closed that day). The car must have sat for 8 more days in one of the 3 SPACES in front of their office before they noticed they had the vehicle. Do not ever do business with this location. I made the mistake of not fully topping it off immediately before returning and I was sent an email two hours after it was returned showing that it wasn't entirely full and asking me to call and then the invoice was closed 3 min later. I called when I saw the email two hours later and asked to rectify for a refund. I was initially told yes and then was told it couldn't be done because the invoice was closed.
