Wanted to use points from a prior poor rental experience. Advised could not do so. Little help from agents in resolving issue. Probably going to use a different company next time. Do not need the aggravation.
Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the folks over there. I messed up my reservation and was expecting a headache... that just didn't happen. The guy took less than five minutes to find my issue and get me sorted. Amazing experience and would highly recommend to all!!!
Rental was at the wrong airport. Would not do anything to help and was not helpful in any situation to solve the problem.
