The guy at the Hertz desk at Lexington should be moved into the executive pathway! He was affable, informative and a valuable rep of your company. Promote him!
The reservation system is not working right- I called to change cars and told them the $500+ reservation was wrong- they gave me a new reservation - when I picked up my car they didn't say anything and now I'm seeing 10 charges of $217 each plus a $389 charge and cannot get through their computer response to get to a live agent
Definitely take before and after photos and keep them for at least a month after your rental!! I took before photos. A couple weeks ago I get an email saying there was damage to the car windshield for the car I rented in September!!!! A month had already passed- now I’m getting charged $1000 for windshield damage (that I think I would’ve noticed that much damage). Totally suspicious. Don’t waste your money. No longer a Hertz customer.
