Hertz has usually the nicest vehicles
I wish I could give ZERO stars, but Google won't let me. Don't ever rent a car from the Hertz at Lexington Airport. Caleb, the agent, was extremely rude when we returned the car. We asked about the invoice that he gave us that said we owed another $114.54, he very rudely explained. Unfortunately, he didn't explain it well, so my husband asked again, and again he was very rude. I rented a car for the first time online and the process was easy I had 0 problems renting and returning. I added a day with no problem. Happy customer here.
Im in the Presidents Cr and in Lexington that means nothing!!! They actually told me long rentals cant get the larger SUVs!! There are other rental car businesses try them Hertz just doesnt care
