Extremely disappointing experience with Hertz. The pricing, communication, and customer service were unacceptable. When we first went to pay, the representative attempted to charge the card approximately $500, which was the amount we had been told to expect. He then said the payment didn’t work and that the system had “glitched.” After that, the amount suddenly showed approximately $800.
