Update 6/2026: HUGE improvement in car rental process and customer service! The past several rental in the last 2 months been super smooth! Paperwork ready and quick car pickup. The drop off paperwork and receipt are done fast too. Drifted over to other rental companies but will be coming back to Hertz. I was charges for fuel even though I had filled up the tank and informed the agent at the Hertz desk ! After getting an e-,mail receipt I was unable to contact a real person or even the Hertz desk at the Lexington Airport to resolve the issue . Their impersonal AI chat said I had to fill out their form for reimbursement. Hertz must hope they wear people down before they have to pay them back for their mistakes !
Good service and car ready when needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
