Worst experience, everyone should not rent the car here, some of employees has mistakenly charged for the fuel then i tried to contact them but they didn’t reply me back until i came to their office to complain three times

Rented a Corolla from this location for 3 weeks and took it on an epic adventure of the maritimes of Canada. After departing there was quite a vibration at speed, so I made the decision to turn back as this would probably have caused more problems if I had continued, especially travelling such a long way. Return spot was hard to find (I drove around the block three times), service wasn’t very friendly and the car itself matches the standards of about 10 year ago (no ADAS features or Apple CarPlay, not even an electric key). The experience was ok and the car mostly worked as expected but I‘d probably try to avoid Hertz in the future.
