We picked up the car in Quebec City which was great, dropped it off today in Montreal and the address on all the correspondence and on Google maps is incorrect. It was only due to my eagle eyed daughter that we saw the Hertz sign further along the road pointing into a car park. The car park was empty...cars parked there covered in dust on some floors. The drop off was on floor 4B no other instructions, it was only lucky that we caught someone coming out of the lift who worked there as we had no idea where the office was. Apa... read more
