I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from Marco during my car pickup at Hertz. From the start, he was professional, warm, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. He made me feel like a valued customer, which made a huge difference in my trip. Marco is a fantastic asset to the Hertz team!
Check the final bill..they charged me two extra hours of late fees and I wasn’t even late.
Tesla assez ancienne, intérieur pas très propre. Niveau du réservoir de liquide d'essuie-glace vide. Beaucoup de messages d alertes reçus pendant la conduite (défaut caméra etc ..) Personnel peu empathique a la prise en charge
