This location's staff is the reason I'm giving 5 stars because Ky & Inga were incredibly helpful and polite during my entire experience. They went above and beyond to try to make this process go well for me. Unfortunately I had decided to rent a Hertz car through Uber (drive 30+ trips/wk for Uber & get to use their car - discounted but very pricey). The Uber and Hertz support teams are not linked up so you end up calling the store directly, Hertz Uber line, and Uber all separately and get nowhere. My card was double charged ... read more
I absolutely have no words. My rental car smells like someone peed in here. There are stains in car seat. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not rent here. I had to travel 2+ hrs and rented last min. Paid $125.00+ only to travel in urine smelling car. Even after turning on AC and opening the window is definitely not helping. Honestly do not care if my review affects your business.
