Worst experience — Never go here . Worker doesn’t help and doesn’t care
After a misunderstanding last week I decided to give Hertz another try and am surprised to say and am happy to say am completely satisfied with their actions this time around and I would like to say a special thanks to Jay I don't know if that's your name but you was so helpful and easy to deal with you make renting with Hertz amazing
I had a car provided to me while my car was in repair at a nearby dealership. It has become just about impossible to contact an actual person utilizing the HERTZ phone system, all AI. Car was used for a day and I am being charged $185. Since the charge is not going through, each day it has increased more and more. We are currently at $370. I have called every day to get this situation straightened out, both HERTZ and my dealership, yet it keeps happening. Very disappointed
I had a reservation for a 12:00 pick up time. I was 6 minutes late, the location hours say they close at 12 (not sure why they would allow a pickup time when they close). The phones shut off right at 12;00 when they close, so once I called and got through the 2 minutes of automated prompts, it was 12:01 and the answering machine says they’re closed.
