I am renting a car thru Uber for this location. The manager Inga was so helpful. I had a problem with my card and had to go back and she took care of it and all the problems I had with Uber after it. She kept me updated the entire time I had to sit and wait for the systems to fix the issues. I can't say enough good things about these girls. The Hertz and Uber systems have about a 15 min lag- that is why people renting thru Uber can put in a reservation and when they get there all the cars are gone. Inga is a hard worker and each time we have rented from this location she provided great customer service. Sometimes she is very busy and could use another staff person to assist. I continue to use this location because of how helpful Inga has been.
Worst location ever had a reservation for 12:00 and there was 8 uber drivers ahead of me that were already waiting for two hours I tried to get help from the worker on how to modify my reservation since I couldn’t wait and all I got was attitude I would never rent from this location ever again
The vehicle I received was full of dog hair and smelled like marijuana the exterior of the vehicle wasn’t washed and was very dirty. When I inquired about it I was told they didn’t have anything else
