Hertz Car Rental DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS EVANSVILLE ROAD ADDRESS! If you are told by anyone that it is real, know that it is a real scam. I posted pictures of this airport to show that there is no indication of any rental car company on the premises. Even if there was, it would go bankrupt because there is no reason for anyone to rent a car here. This is a small municipal airport that has no commercial terminal. Do not use this company they rip you off with no apology. Terrible practices stay away from this company. I called several times- No one picked up- to tell them that I would be late due to the torrential rain and the accidents in front of me on the Merritt. Returned the car 15 minutes late -charged for a full day along with a $12 late fee.

I rented a car and by the time I realized it was overheating I couldn’t bring it back because they were closed so when I was able to drive it there the next day they charged me and won’t give me my money back even though I have proof of calling the customer service line and over hertz in other cities smh never again! It wasn’t even about the money it was how I was handled at this exact location
