I was referred by State Farm for a rental while my wrecked car was in repair. I called Layton Hertz and asked whether they had a specific car available. They said they would have one when I came in. Showed up during their business hours to pick up my reservation and it was locked and no one was there. There was another person waiting because they had a rental to get. Tried to call the number and corporate and they were no help.
