Even though their Internet was down I pre registered and I was in and out.
I reserved a mid size so I would have trunk room and they gave me a kia sol no room in the back for anything and is considered compact by car rental agencies including Hertz. When asked if they had anything with more trunk space he said no that's all we have. No customer service wasn't even friendly when I first went in to pick up my car. Will not be going there again
If you want to be treated with the worst customer service in the world, spend 30-60 minutes checking out and returning your rental, and get overcharged, this is the place for you! If zero stars were possible, I would leave that. Don’t waste your time here, just go to SLC or rent from literally anyone else. The staff are INCOMPETENT. I will never rent from Hertz again.
