Had a reservation but when I showed up they didn’t have any cars available. Didn’t communicate that before I got there. Then they charged me for it.
Katherine at this Hertz Rental Center was extremely helpful and quickly resolved my questions about some charges/fees with my rental. She was patient and provided thoughtful answers to my questions. Although this rental center seems to get some poor reviews, I can confirm that Katherine acted professionally.
I would avoid this place at all cost. They are terribly uncommunicative, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I literally called for two days and finally I had to drive there to get my question answered. Their excuse was that they’re “too busy”. Also, when I was trying to fill out a lost and found claim on the Hertz website, this location does not even show up. I would recommend going to an actual reputable car rental location. Hertz has definitely lost my business.
