Horrible customer service. Charged me double the rental fee. Did not disclose they are a franchise. I would not rent from here. Been using hertz for over a decade. Going to dispute charges and file a complaint.

Wouldn't attempt to rent here again. Reserved a car a week ago and got the reminder email yesterday, apparently it was for 10 am and I got there late and was told they only hold reservations for two hours... I didn't get a call or an email or a text from this company just got your late you should have been here at ten were sold out(even though the parking lot was literally full of hertz cars...) and then she proceeded to walk off. Very poor service and I'm confused how my reservation wasn't honored or reminded before selling... read more

If I could’ve given this establishment a 0 star rating I would. Be EXTREMELY careful renting from this Hertz location, they are thieves and will randomly charge your card almost a year later.

Tim genuinely made the process effortless for me. I arrived early, and he assisted me in printing out the necessary paperwork for reporting in for work.
