Car was great and service was good, the low review was frustrations due to prices. I was told when i made my reservations online 80$ less than what I was charged at the desk. Not the end of the world but changing the price once it’s too late to make other arrangements is very dishonest.

Terrible customer service- called about a rental with brake issues and was hung up on because he “had other customer to serve.” Absolutely no help whatsoever and was fine with me driving my family in a faulty car.
They gave me a sweet ride with no reservation
