Hertz let me book this as a drop off location for a JSX flight. Was very confusing to figure out how to drop off and ended up finally getting it sorted. Seems like they should have had more directions for drop off… instead had to coordinate thru an intercom
Car was great and service was good, the low review was frustrations due to prices. I was told when i made my reservations online 80$ less than what I was charged at the desk. Not the end of the world but changing the price once it’s too late to make other arrangements is very dishonest.

Terrible customer service- called about a rental with brake issues and was hung up on because he “had other customer to serve.” Absolutely no help whatsoever and was fine with me driving my family in a faulty car.
