Wrong address, there is no HERTZ here
Very poor human relationship. You have to stand even if it is 2 hours to your turn. They will put you in a big hall without chair. I first entered their mini office and wanted to sit or wait but directed to that chairless empty hall. I had to enter only to discovered that they have forgotten I was directed there. Pure wasting of people’s precious time. Worst branch ever.
