They really need to get a better phone system. No way to talk to an actual human! The only option(if you can find it) gets you a busy signal. I was trying to confirm a reservation because I was gonna arrive right at closing time. $40 wasted on an Uber because I couldn't get confirmation. So I had to cancel.
The lady that works here needs fired! She is is very unprofessional and very vindictive. She refused to service me after lying to me today while getting a vehicle. I think she said sharice was her name I can describe her as african American in her 30-40. Treating other people disrespectfully then getting coworkers to do so as well. I had an excellent experience at Hertz Car Rental – Sugar Land HLE. The African American lady who assisted me was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. One star is too much, I do confirm that they have a nasty customer service, I did show up to pick up my electric rental car reservation and it was not there instead they offering me another gasoline at double of the price that I originally reserved through online. I called them many times to confirm with them my reservation never pick up a call and the front desk lady have the worst humanized service to customers.
