Front dest employees super rude and annoying
What terrible service from an employee! She is rude and always arrives in a bad mood—this isn't the first time. She shows no respect for the staff or the customers; she actually yells at people. I don't understand how they can continue to employ people who harm the business like this. She is a dark-haired woman, and I even recorded a video on my phone of her insulting a customer.
Manager is very rude and none of them care at all about the customers.
The reviews are very accurate, manager is rude and acts annoyed if you ask for anything. Avoid this place. Update. It was very nice of hertz to respond with the same response they gave all the other 1 star reviews, but what is the point if they apparently are not going to bother to fix it.
