I’m currently on the phone trying to reach someone about my rental. I have literally been calling since 9 am it’s 11:15am. NO ANSWER! I happen to look over the reviews… THIS IS A NORMAL SITUATION! I’m also seeing how unprofessional the staff are here. Which is now having me feeling uneasy with my reservation. As I’m typing this I have been having the phone ringing now Five minutes… no answer!
