Highly recommend renting from Hertz. It was very easy quick and I even received an upgrade which I didn’t expect.
I loved the small, quaint feel of the Columbia Airport. As soon as I headed down to baggage claim, the rental car place was literally right by baggage claim. By the time I got my rental car keys, my luggage was coming around the carousel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The supervisor in particular was very helpful to me!
Excellent service, will use Hertz again
Quick, easy, and great customer service!
