This weekend, I have to be in Toronto for a family event. Since I am having engine trouble with my car, I called Hertz on Monday (May 26) to reserve a small car, such as a Toyota Corolla. I feel most comfortable driving smaller cars. I confirmed with the agent on the phone three times that I would be able to pick up a Corolla on Wednesday, May 28 at 10:00AM. We were treated very well with professional services. We rented a van and was able to return after hours because of the key drop box. After receiving the invoice the following day they adjusted our quote to give us the better deal since we didn’t use so many km!
