Ryan and Kahled very bad customer service my insurance company called them and booked a car going there there was no car for me! miscomunication and bad customer service i don't recommend at all !
Very disappointed with my experience. I was overcharged on my credit card and my $400 deposit was not refunded until I followed up multiple times. I wasn’t even given a proper receipt—just a total amount of payment with no details. The whole process was unprofessional and a hassle, going back and forth to get things corrected.
