Overall a great experience here, staff was helpful and the vehicle they had ready for me worked great. I did the Manager's Special and it was a fantastic choice.
Extremely rude staff. Let me start off by saying I am already frustrated at the fact that I had to even rate this place one star. We experienced the most natiest, dirtiest, disgusting and just disrespectful attitude ever. Carlos Campos was the employee that assisted my husband, as soon as my husband comes in, says good afternoon and says he has a reservation, he suddenly gives him a look , they go along with the reservation and is time to pay my husband received an email saying it was charging him more than what it reflected... read more
Made a reservation Saturday after hours. I find out as I am leaving to pick up the car, 6 minutes before the reservation is scheduled to be available for pickup, I am told "there are no cars in the lot." How bad does a rental car agency have to be to lose control of their inventory like that? I personally wouldn't hire these people to flip burgers let alone handle their reservations. All Hertz employees want is a check and a script to follow to get people to give up trying to get actual support.
Horrible experience! I was a repeat customer, but will never rent from Hertz again.
