I had an excellent experience at this Hertz location today. Aiden at the front desk was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process fast and smooth. He answered all of my questions and got me taken care of quickly, which I really appreciated. The manager, Kora (I hope I spelled that correctly), was also amazing and truly went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice. The windshield windows were very dirty and couldn’t see properly while driving. Especially when the sunlight reflected on all the streaks and debris on the windshield. And returning the vehicle was very difficult for me to standing there waiting for someone to help me and then another person just came in and gets in front of me. That really got me angry.
Do not come here.
My scheduled pick up time was for 10:00am but a worker didn’t arrive until 11:25am. Certainly unprofessional as the line exceeded 10 people who couldn’t pick up their vehicles until close to 11:30am.
