Both Dee and Aidan at the sugar land highway 6 location gave such great customer service!
Not only did I have to wait with a reservation. The car delivered was dirty and sticky. The car was not clean on the outside at all.
They are the worse. People at the front desk are careless. They rented the car a booked ahead of time to somebody else and did not care. They totally ruined my plans. This is terrible, bad service. I went to the same place for the second time, and the same fiasco happened. One more time they say they do not have cars
Extremely Disappointed. Would Not Recommend (do yourself a BIG favor and go somewhere else) I had a terrible experience at this location and strongly advise others to avoid it. I canceled a reservation with a nearby rental company that was closer to me (AND CHEAPER THAN WHAT I ENDED UP GETTING HERE) because I thought that i found what seemed like a great deal here. I had a very good experience here, staff was friendly and understanding. At first I was a little hesitant after reading all the other reviews. However, I choose this location anyways because it was close to home. I had a 50 day rental while my car was in the shop for repairs. I picked the Manager EV special at a great rate. Rental car was in good condition. Glad I went here, pick and return was super easy.
