Very rude ,Very bad service! Sugarland airport location
I submitted a complaint regarding this location after a very disappointing experience. Although I had a confirmed reservation, the manager called to inform me that the premium SUV was no longer available. The employee was rude and dismissive and made no effort to help find another solution. Even more concerning, months of reviews describe similar experiences, yet the issues appear to remain unresolved. This location needs to be investigated and held accountable. Customers deserve better treatment.
Terrible lying employee. The first lie was that she was trying to call me but I didn’t put all the digits of my number when I’m a member and in the app my phone number is correct. Second thing oh you put an invalid flight number but yet you had the car I booked but gave it to the man in front of me. Third when I picked the last car up last week I asked the other lady was I all set and booked for this week and she confirmed that I was. I don’t recommend this rental car location. They made me feel as I worked for them and had a negative demeanor. I received a car the smelled terribly like smoke and was filthy inside. When walking back to the desk and expressing that the car was gross the woman looked at me like I was the problem. This is not a way to treat customers.
