want to update my experience with Hertz Car Rental Sugar Land. There was some initial inconvenience with my reservation, especially after I had prepaid and traveled to the location. Do NOT rent from this location! I read the comments & thought “it can’t be that bad…” well, they were right. It is bad. I reserved a premium SUV at this location because it said it was one of the few locations that had the truck we wanted. Ws arrived 15 minutes before they opened and when they did, at 10, they didn’t have anything even close to what we reserved!!!
