Black lady at the front desk very unprofessional and rude I will never rent from here ever in life. Made me wait a hour dealing with these people who didn't have their shyt together like my time wasn't important and valuable to me. She definitely shouldn't be working at the front desk. I had to be out of town at a certain time now I'm running behind due to her funky attitude and customer service!!!!!!

Kenyatta, Dee, and also the gentleman that washed the car provided exceptional service. They were very generous and friendly along with professional. They made sure we walked away happy from check in to check out

If google gave the option of not give any stars I would give NOTHING to them. The staff is rude, they only have one agent and a person who cleans and brings the cars. VERY unorganized. I waited an our and a half to get my car. This here should close or hire more people who want to be here. Again NEVER come here!! Look at the picture. No one at the counters. Calls were not getting answered. It’s a joke!!!

When I come to pick any vehicle ( You’ll Have An Amazing Staff Mrs Lady Pat ); is so friendly and Greet the customer with a smile on her face : Always explain things to you so you can understand and then she gets you to sign and she said thank you for your service Service or Shell said thank you for coming to us and enjoy. I Llve This You g lady Mrs Pat . She should be the head manager over on hwy 6 office . Also she work very hard to get you in and out.
