We have rented from Hertz on Bardstown Rd, louisville KY for years. Allison has always been a pleasure to work with. I had a reservation for pick up on Monday Feb 26, drove to my pick up location the morning of to find a note on the door that said the location had been permanently closed. The was a number listed to call for questions. The young man on the phone said he was getting ready to call me. This location, especially Makayah, are shining examples of how to run a business and treat customers. I was getting nowhere on the corporate phone tree, couldn’t get ahold of my original renting location. Makayah stepped in, called the manager at the other location and was able to get me taken care of immediately. Hertz corporate, if willing to make changes, could be this good someday.
