Not only did this location forget to pick me up at my location and get my phone number wrong when trying to contact me about it, but they also gave away my vehicle I ordered. I was left with one option: an uncharged Tesla. I wasn’t able to make it to work with it, so I asked to be contacted when something else became available. They said multiple cars would be turned in and they would have me in something today and would call and hold it for me once it was ready. Scheduled our rental 3 weeks ago and paid fully. They call an hour before we are supposed to pick it up and tell us they don't have anything. They tell us on the phone that they had been working all week to try and get something. Instead of letting us know they they cant get anything in advanced at least giving us time to try and go with a different company. Now we are scrambling to try and get rental at the last minute. Service was terrible. Car was a smokers car for sure. This was my second bad rental experience in a row. I’m headed to Avis next time.
