If I could give Hertz zero stars, I would. I rented a car from this location for a week and tried to call 6–7 times throughout that week because I needed to speak with an actual person. I called during business hours and tried different times of day, but every time the phone would ring about six times and then go to a dial tone. I was never able to reach anyone. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They stole my items that were left inside of the vehicle, (my purse) and have fraudulently used my debit cards without permission! Disgusting human beings and you can’t get in contact with anyone whatsoever to take care of the situation!

Not only did this location forget to pick me up at my location and get my phone number wrong when trying to contact me about it, but they also gave away my vehicle I ordered. I was left with one option: an uncharged Tesla. I wasn’t able to make it to work with it, so I asked to be contacted when something else became available. They said multiple cars would be turned in and they would have me in something today and would call and hold it for me once it was ready.
