The worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. They sent me out in a vehicle with a failing battery. I wasn’t aware of this until the car fully died one day into a business trip. Customer service was aware the battery was dead before I even called but apparently wouldn’t alert customers to issues in progress. Massive safety hazard. There only option was to make a 3 hour round trip to BWI or REAGAN in DC.
