Was charged over $1000 more than the agreed upon price. Criminal.
Upsetting, giving one star but honestly dont know who to blame. I booked on Expedia a week prior, got the email confirmation # and was given a 12pm pick up time on a Saturday. Unfortunately there was an accident next to the location and by the time I got around the roadblock I arrived at 12:02pm, only to find out that Hertz closed at 12:00pm!! I haven't even rented their car yet, but they get 1 star for their annoying phone automation.
The staff and service at this location is impeccable. These guys are professionals and always go above and beyond to help the customer.
