Rental cars do not come equipped with what you’d need to change a tire. Do not verbally tell you when you will need to return the vehicle or tell you where the date is on the paper they give you, and do not email, call, or text you to remind you that the return date is approaching. Unprofessional

Quest agent over the phone was awesome however I had two reservations one in Slidell and when I went to pick up the car there was none. That Guest agent was very rude in Slidell but the young lady I spoke with in the Chalmette location was very friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time. This location needs to be shut down. A rental CAR place should have cars. Don't ya think? Well they didn't. I booked a reservation for early morning 8am. The car was NOT ready, because it was NOT at the location. They told me it would be 30mins until the car arrive. The car didn't show up until 4hours later. I left came back. Upon my return they staff was not in the building.
